You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. User Data and Content

Uploaded images
Text prompts
Generated images and videos
Basic account information

5. Tokens, Payments, and Billing

The Service may require the purchase of tokens (credits) to access certain features.

Tokens are digital credits with no monetary value
Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
Tokens are consumed when you use the Service
Prices and token usage rates may change at any time

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

We may apply usage limits, rate limits, or throttling to ensure fair use of the Service.

We may use third-party AI service providers to process your prompts, uploaded content, and generate outputs. By using the Service, you agree that your content may be processed by such providers.
