Data Deletion

1. What this page is

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Hoii account and the personal data we store about you. Deleting your account removes it permanently and cannot be undone.

2. What data we store

• Account information (email, name, profile picture)
• Authentication records (password hash, linked social logins)
• Content you've generated or uploaded (images, prompts)
• Credit balance and transaction history
• Basic usage and security logs (IP address, device info)

3. How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your Hoii account to: [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

4. What gets deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, we will permanently remove:

• Your user account and profile
• All images and prompts you've generated or uploaded
• Your credit balance and transaction records
• Linked social authentication records (Google, Facebook)

Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and fraud prevention, and certain records may be retained where required by law.
